Pet Connect charges a platform service fee on all completed bookings made through the website or mobile application.
Pet Owners
Pet Owners may be charged a service fee at checkout.
Pet Care Providers
Pet Connect will retain 15% of each completed booking as a platform commission. The remaining balance is paid directly to the provider.
