How do I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Invoices are sent weekly or monthly depending on your schedule.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Absolutely. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your visit with no charge. Late cancellations are 50% of the visit rate.
Do you offer a free meet & greet?
Yes! We schedule a free 20-minute meet & greet before your first service so everyone is comfortable and we learn your pet's routine.
Are there holiday surcharges?
Major holidays have a $15 surcharge per visit. We'll always let you know ahead of time when booking around holidays.
