James brings 10+ years of animal care experience — from volunteering at shelters to working as a veterinary assistant. He handles our overnight and extended-stay clients with the kind of dedication that makes pet parents feel totally at ease.

Leila is our puppy whisperer. She's raised and trained three dogs of her own and understands the unique challenges (and joys!) of puppyhood. Her puppy visit clients rave about the progress reports and training reinforcement she provides.
