A provider's location is collected only while a service is in progress. You can disable location access in your device settings, though doing so will limit GPS tracking features. We do not use location data for advertising.

5. Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through our third-party processor, Stripe. When you book a service or subscribe to a membership, your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy; AJB Pet Connect does not store your full card number. Provider payouts are handled through Stripe Connect, which may require providers to submit identity and bank details to Stripe for verification.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
